The Assane recipe book: recipe cards, some stamped Dimasak to show they have been cooked

From the reel to the stove

The recipe you saw last night shouldn't be lost in your saved posts. Assane keeps it, tidies it and walks you through cooking it.

Save from anywhere

Share from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or any website, or scan a screenshot, take a photo, paste the text or write it yourself.

Servings that do the maths

Cooking for four instead of two? Change the servings and every amount follows, in grams, cups, sendok makan or siung.

Cook mode

One step at a time in big type you can read from across the counter, with the amounts that step needs shown right under it.

Groceries by aisle

Add a recipe to a list and the ingredients sort themselves into vegetables, meat, dairy and staples. Share the list so the family shops from the same one.

Folders, shared

Weekly menu, family favourites, Indonesian classics. Keep folders for yourself or invite someone to cook from them with you.

A stamp for what you've made

Tap Sudah Dimasak after cooking and the recipe gets a cookbook stamp, so you can see at a glance which ones you've tried.

Free to start, fair to keep

Every feature works for free with 10 imports a month, and the app always shows how many you have left. Premium raises that to 300 a month and adds nutrition info when the source lists it. Everything you save stays yours, even if you stop subscribing.

Your recipes, your phone

Assane works without an account: your recipes live on your iPhone. Sign in with Apple only if you want them on your other devices or want to share. There are no ads and no ad trackers, and your data is never sold. You can export every recipe at any time, on any plan. Read the privacy policy.

Support

Questions, a bug, or a recipe that didn't import well? Email hello@ninetosix.id with the link you shared, and your iPhone model if something isn't working. We usually reply within two working days.

A recipe didn't import. What now?

Some posts don't include the recipe in their caption. Assane then offers to paste the text, scan a screenshot, or keep the link as an unfinished recipe so it's never lost. A link that fails, or has no recipe in it, doesn't use up one of your monthly imports. A saved video still counts once it has been transcribed.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works on your phone without one. Signing in with Apple adds sync across your devices, sharing folders and lists, and photos you add yourself. Importing a video saved on your phone also needs it.

Which languages does it speak?

The app is in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Spanish, and it understands Indonesian units like sdm, sdt, siung and butir when it scales a recipe.

How do I cancel Premium?

In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Assane. Your recipes stay in the app after it ends.
